5 dl milk
50 g yeast or 1 package active dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
50 g margarine or ½ cup oil
12 dl mix
of white flour, groats, yeast bread flour, wholemeal rye flour
In a
small saucepan, or in microwave, heat the milk until lukewarm. Add the yeast,
sugar, salt and the fat. Stir to combine. Add the flour to the mixture little
by little.Leave the dough softer then plain bun dough. Let it rise under a
towel for about 45 minutes. Spread the dough in a oven dish on a baking paper.
Cut the dough sheet into squares with a knife. Let the dough rise under a towel
for another 20 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
