Таратор




Таратор

200 гр. кисело мляко
вода (кой колкото желае да добави)
половин краставица
1-2 скилидки чесън
2 с.л. олио
копър нарязан на ситно
сол

Разбъркай киселото мляко, водата, копъра, солта и олиото. Пресобайте чесъна и нарежете краставицата на дребни кубчета. Разбъркайте всичко заедно. Опитайте и подправете ако е необходимо. Добре е да охладите малко таратора преди да го сервирате.

Tarator

Tarator on Bulgarialainen kylmä kurkkukeitto, mikä on tosi virkistävä kuumana päivänä. Taratoria voi tarjota esim. alkuruuaksi tai välipalaksi. 
Tarator
2 dl turkkilaista jogurttia
2 dl vettä
½ kurkku
1-2 valkosipulin kynttä
hienonnettua tilliä
suolaa
2 tl auringonkukan siemenen öljyä

Sekoita jogurtti,vesi, tilli, suola ja öljy. Kuori ja murskaa valkosipulinkynnet. Kuutioi kurkku. Sekoita kaikki ainekset keskenään. Tarkista maku ja lisää mausteita tarvittaessa. Anna maustua jääkaapissa ennen tarjoilua. Tarjoa rapeakuorisen leivän kanssa.

Това е тортата за 3ия рожден ден на моето момиче. Пожела Hello Kity, това и получи и беше много доволна.

Taco pie



Taco pie

Base:
75g margarine 
2dl wheat flour
1tsp baking powder
0,75dl milk 
1tsp salt

Filling:
400g minced beef 
150g bacon
1 onion 
1dl of water
1 Old El Paso Seasoning Mix (Taco seasoning mix 35g)
or
3-4tsp tomato paste
1 red pepper 
200g creme fraiche
salt ( if needed )

On the top:
Grated cheese



Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the margarine and mix. Last add the milk. Press the dough on the bottom and edges of the baking dish ( or on the baking paper). Bake for about 15 min. - 200 degrees.  Brown the grounded beef and bacon. Add the onion and the pepper and fry until done. Add the water, taco seasoning and tomato pure. Add the last creme fraiche. Spread the filling over the base. Sprinkle with grated cheese.  Continue baking in the oven approx. 20min. or until the pie has nice brown color.

4 dl all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 dl milk
1 tsp salt
Filling:
800 g minced beef
300 g bacon
2 onions
2 dl water
2 Taco seasoning mix
8 tbsp tomato paste
1½ red peppers
400 g creme fraiche
salt (if needed)
On the top:
400g grated cheese
Method:
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the margarine and mix. Last add the milk and knead for couple minutes. Roll out the dough on a baking peper sheet and move it into oven size dish. Bake for about 15 min. - 200 degrees. Brown the beef and bacon. Add the onion and the pepper and fry until done. Add the water, taco seasoning and tomato pure. Last put the creme fraiche. Spread the filling over the base and sprinkle with grated cheese. Continue baking for about 20 min. or untill the pie has nise brown color.

Tzatziki Sause



  Tzatziki Sause

Ingredients


8 servings



350 g cucumber

1 teaspoon salt
5 garlic clove, minced
500 g Turkish yogurt
2 teaspoons sugar
black pepper
fresh dill


Directions



Peel cucumbers and dice. Put them in a colander and draws the water out. Add to the yogurt minced garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, dill and cucumber.Mix well and place in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving so flavors can blend. You can use it as a refreshing dressing for a fish, meet, french frees tortillas or even just on bread.




Of coarse bread rolls


 Of coarse bread rolls 
about 12 pc  
5 dl milk  
50 g yeast or 1 package active dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
50 g margarine or ½ cup oil
12 dl mix of white flour, groats, yeast bread flour, wholemeal rye flour


In a small saucepan, or in microwave, heat the milk until lukewarm. Add the yeast, sugar, salt and the fat. Stir to combine. Add the flour to the mixture little by little.Leave the dough softer then plain bun dough. Let it rise under a towel for about 45 minutes. Spread the dough in a oven dish on a baking paper. Cut the dough sheet into squares with a knife. Let the dough rise under a towel for another 20 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.






Lemon cheesecake

Ingredients
Base:
200 g of Digestive biscuits
75 g margarine or butter
Filling:
200g vanilla cream cheese
200g orange yogurt
4DL whipped cream
Juice of 1 lemon
½ lemon zest
100g lemon curd
5  leaves gelatine
½ cup sugar                               
Decoration:  whipped cream                    
Directions:
Crush the biscuits . Melt the margarine . Mix well then press  firmly on to the 22-24 cm springform baking tin with baking paper. Soak the gelatine in  cold water to soften it (for about10 minutes). Wash the lemon , grate the zest and squeeze the lemon juice. Mix together the cream cheese , yogurt, lemon curd , sugar and zest . whippe the cream until stiff .   Bring to Boil the lemon juice and Squeeze the excess moisture from the gelatine, add to the warm lemon juice and stir until melted. Stir into the cream cheese mixture. Then add the wipped cream.  Pour onto the biscuit base and chill until set.  Carefully remove from the tin, slide onto a plate, and decorate as wish. In this couse wipped cream.
